Public sector development program funded by International Development Agency (DA World Bank Group) intends to hire services of individual consultants against the work, qualification & experience as mentioned below.

1 Project Coordinator Masters in Management Sciences Economics /Project Management from the HEC recognized university/ institution. At least 10 years’ experience, after acquiring stipulated qualification, in planning, project management, advisory role and capacity building with national and international organizations Experience working on externally funded projects, with preference for experience in World Bank finance projects. Good representation coordination, liaison and strong communication skills Sound knowledge of project fundamentals, rules & procedures particularly in public sector development project planning and management Coordination experience of project activities with stakeholders at the national, provincial and districts levels Monitoring and evaluation of development projects. Knowledge of IT tools to communicate with stakeholders
2 Lead IT Specialist Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences Information Technology. Other MIS and ICT related qualification/certifications will be accorded due weightage. At least 10 years experience in IT field, especially in the development of digital systems, big data management, and large scale monitoring systems, Experience of working with Governments, with solid understanding of Government requirements, systems, functioning and protocols. Experience working on externally funded projects, with preference for experience in World Bank finance projects Should have strong communication and problem solving skills.
3 Monitoring Evaluation Specialist Masters in Civil Engineering/Project Management/Economics/MPA/Statistics /Social Studies from the HEC recognized university/institution. At least 10 years experience in development planning, procurement, Implementation, monitoring & evaluation of projects relating to social and infrastructure sectors. Direct experience monitoring and evaluating of development or donor-funded projects is expected Previous experience with mixed methods research (qualitative and quantitative) is preferred. Problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions and evaluate the success of the investment Good representation, coordination, liaison and strong communication skills Sound knowledge of project management fundamentals, rules & procedures particularly in public sector development project planning and management. Experience with coordination of project activities with stakeholders at the national, provincial and districts levels. Practical experience of working with tribes, line departments and Law Enforcement & Security Agencies Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational ability Excellent communication skills in English, Urdu and good presentation. Having computer skills in MS Office, data management and computerizing project related information
4 Senior Social Specialist Master’s Degree ( sideen years of education) in Social Work /Anthropology Project Management/ Economics or related discipline from the HEC recognized university institution. Overall 10 years’ experience with at least 05 years experience in planning & implementation of development projects relating to social sectors, after acquiring stipulated qualification Knowledge of participatory development and social mobilization techniques Demonstrative technical and management skills. Written and oral fluency in English and Pashto is required. Proficiency in Urdu shall be accorded due weightage. Demonstrated Computer Skill (Proficiency in using computer desktop application MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
5 Environment & Specialist Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Economics/Bachelor of Engineering from HEC recognized university/institution, Overall, eight (08 years’ experience with at least 05 years, experience in environmental management of development projects after acquiring stipulated qualification. Sound knowledge of local laws/policies on environmental management and World Bank Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines and Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and its standards. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational ability. Excellent communication skills in English, and oral fluency in Pashto is required. Proficiency in Urdu shall be accorded due weightage Ability to work in a team and independently on multiple tasks and willingness to travel extensively to project sites. Having computer skills in MS Office, data management and computerizing the project related information.
