The National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) is Pakistan’s leading conservatoire offering intensive three-year Diploma program in Theatre Arts and Music. The academy was established in 2004 under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 (repealed now Companies Act 2017). NAPA is seeking applications from qualified and experienced persons for following roles:
MANAGER FINANCE
Manager Finance is an integral part of the Finance Department, reporting to the General Manager Finance. H/she shall manage day-to-day financial activities in alignment with approved guidelines. It is expected that the incumbent is proficient in budgeting, taxation and governmental regulations.
Job Qualifications
Qualified CA. Minimum 5 years of experience in working in finance function/department preferably in an educational institution, public sector and/or nonprofit organization. Familiarity with recognized accounting software and ERP systems. Hands-on experience with local taxation and procurement rules Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Proficiently utilize, organize and manage digital/social media platforms, website, PowerPoint presentations and audio-visual content for conveying targeted messages to various audiences. Develop and manage corporate messages, speeches and statements Formulate and execute public relations programs, devising effective strategies for enhanced outreach. Collaborate with various departments within NAPA to develop effective external promotional campaigns, event and show announcements and outreach Devise creative and effective approaches for showcasing student, faculty, alumni and department activities, milestones and achievements through the best communication channels. Independently lead initiatives to enhance NAPA’s brand awareness, visibility and awareness Create both proactive and reactive content, including messaging, blog posts, and Q&A for announcements, partnerships, events, and profiles. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to promote NAPA and ensure timely and accurate communication.
Job Qualifications:
Preferably a Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or other relevant fields from well-reputed university. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing Corporate Communications for 5 years or more. Presentable personality with excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and Urdu. Proven experience in managing digital and social media platforms and campaigns Demonstrated experience with software and technology with a solid background in creating content and messaging for diverse internal and external audiences across a variety of formats. High energy, initiative, and a drive to excel Proven history of working closely with senior executives on various communication strategies and activities.
